Why A-plus?
The A-Plus Program is an evidence based program that provides orgs with the tools and strategies needed to challenge assumptions and misconceptions so organisations can identify and remove barriers to inclusion. The program encourage leaders and People and Culture teams to move beyond a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to Autistic and Neurodivergent inclusion.
